To guarantee flawless results, our shop utilizes advanced, high-precision desktop laser engraving and cutting systems. This hardware allows us to quickly and safely switch between interchangeable laser modules to perfectly match the tool to your specific material. Our system delivers an incredible engraving accuracy of 0.01 mm and operates at rapid speeds of up to 20,000 mm/min. 

Dual-Laser Capabilities for Maximum Versatility

Because different materials absorb light differently, we utilize a dual-laser setup to handle almost any project you throw at us:

• Blue Light Diode Laser (455nm): This powerful laser is our go-to for organic materials and plastics. It effortlessly cuts and engraves plywood, pine boards, cardboard, leather, rubber, felt, and fabric. It is also perfect for engraving dark opaque acrylics and coated metals.

• Infrared (IR) Laser (1064nm): When you need to leave a permanent mark on bare metal, we swap to the IR laser. This specialized wavelength allows us to cleanly engrave raw metals like titanium alloy, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. It is also highly effective for engraving stone materials like marble and ceramic.

Advanced Rotary Engraving

We don't just engrave flat surfaces. Our equipment is outfitted with a specialized rotary module that allows us to smoothly rotate and engrave cylindrical objects, making it the perfect solution for custom-branded tumblers, glassware, and curved decorative items.
